Cant cope under pressure

We visited simply asia on saturday around lunch time for a sit down meal. the table we chose still had glasses from the previous guests on the table. which was cleaned as we sat down, by a very professional female waiter. we then received a male waiter, who had a bad case of sweaty smell, which was a bit unpleasant to deal with, as he walked pass each time. he took our orders of drinks, and we waited, for a while until eventually we gave up and asked the female waiter to get us the drinks, we placed food orders, and everyone around us who arrived after us, received there food even though we ordered before them, which was strange, when enquired was told its 3min way, of which the order was only then placed for food, looks like her forgot. the same thing happen for drinks again, and eventually the bill which we also waited for, when we told the manager, he just brushed it aside with no apology at all, and did not even care what we were telling him, as he proceeded to next customer.
