Disappointing Experience

Good day,

We visited the restaurant recently, and was very disappointed with the food, setup, service and the state of the restaurant in general.

Food:
o The full menu advertised was not available on Wednesday, 27/02/2013 evening:
o There were no pasta's (as per the menu)
o The full range of seafood wasn't available
o Sushi was limited
o The food was extremely salty
o Prawns was over spiced
o Had to wait quite some time for clean plates and bowls
o The bay marines took long to be refilled
o Toilet were very unsanitary
o The meat was tough
o Some of the ribs was burnt

Setup
It seemed as if we were at a 80th birthday sitting in a hall. Was not impressed as this was a work function and I expected so much more comfort.

Service
Finger Bowl on the tables would be appreciated instead of washing your hands in the filthy toilets.

Seriously, it was my first time at Kaprino's and asked myself what the fuss was about?
