Good Day,

We arrived on the 27th/02, were seated promptly, and told that our waiter would arrive shortly. We noted that as the store was slightly busy, we be attended to within a few minutes, so we waited patiently. When our waitress arrived, she informed me that it may take a little longer than expected. I enquired as to how long, she said approximately 25min. The oysters arrived within ten minutes, as well as the drinks. We had to wait for 55min before our food arrived. During this time neither the waiter nor any manager, tried to assist the situation. The two managers that were present, completely ignored us, and saw to every single other table around us except ours. One of the waiters who had served us on another occasion, saw our dilemma and offered his help. Within 5 minutes magically the sushi appeared! I saw Charles inform one of the managers that I was filling out the comment card and in an instant he made a lame attempt to clear a plate from the table. We actually went out to celebrate and left with a realisation: We will never visit any of your restaurants again. Same mail was sent through to you customer care email ad on 5/03
