Bad service

I was at your restaurant last Friday night with my sister and two other friends, we ordered prawns, chicken breast and spinach, the guys ordered a platter, the food was disgusting and the service was poor as we waited 30 minutes for drinks and over 40 minutes for food, but when the food came we were disappointed and when the waiter said he will call a manager, it took her 40 minutes to an hr to come to us and eventually when she came she came with attitude and did not greet us and asked if I was the one with problem with the food, she asked what the problem was and I told her the prawns were not what the menu said and the taste of the feta was not nice, she started by saying that the way the food is cooked differs from restaurant to restaurant, then she said she wants to talk about culture and said she is an African and will stick to eating pap, so she was insinuating that I must stick to pap as we blacks don't know the fish dishes, I don't know her name as she was not wearing a name tag and she did not introduce herself to us, my sister and I have come to Metro on numerous times and have not experienced so bad service and tasteless food like we did on Friday, I went on to order a
