Hello,

I would like to report an incident that happed on Sunday 13th January 10:30pm.

I drove all the way from the Southern Suburbs to Cape Town to get supper with 4 friends of mine, when we arrived it was 10:25pm and the door was closed and locked however their were still people inside still eating and the staff were already cleaning and mopping the floor. Now we knocked on the door which has a sign with the trading hours and it said "Sunday closing time is 23:00pm" a lady came up asked what we want speaking through the closed door I answered and said food, she walked away spoke to another member of staff after 5min she hadn't come back to us, we knocked again and asked for a manager this time her answer was "Ok I will call him" After waiting another 5-10min we knocked again she came back to us and said " I'm sorry but there is no chicken" Now this left me furious because first of all not once did I mention chicken secondly why didn't she say that from the first time we knocked and said the kitchen is closed thirdly after driving all the way passing so many restaurants I get this service.

This has left a very sour taste in my mouth and I am disgusted and disappointed.
