Waiting for over half an hour for a smoothie

I went to the Galleria branch & ordered 2 smoothies, one for me & one for my sister. I usually go to Juicy Lucy, but they we're closed on this day. Then we proceeded to wait for almost 25 minutes, after 25 minutes I went & complaint about the delay & while I was at the counter, I saw that the people after us, that ordered food & drinks, stuff come out & the people that was after them. I then asked the woman if I was before these people, why haven't I received my smoothies, which should take about a maximumt of 10 minutes to make - she eventually stayed in the kitchen & sent one of the kitchen staff out with our order after /- 45 minutes. Regardless to say, I will never go back to Kauai again. I will stick with Juicy Lucy, who provide a much faster service. Can't believe they wasted my time so badly & then the lady at the till was such a coward & had no people skills, if she was the store manageress they need to replace her. Oh & the kitchen lady told me she only makes the food - I told her that their internal politics is not my concern, but totally bad service is unacceptable.
