KFC
Fast food - No food

On Tuesday evening (26 February) I went to our local KFC for dinner. The drive-thru was extremely slow and when I eventually reached the order window, after approximately 20 minutes was informed (no excuse!!!) that they do not have KFC salad and some other menu items were also not available - as I was purchasing for people not in the car with me I had to abandon the idea of having KFC for dinner. Even more frustrating was the fact that I now had to wait another 10 minutes whilst cars in front of be waited for, and collected, their orders before I could leave. Surely, one should be warned in good time and NOT at the order counter, if any items are not available.
This level of service is, as far as I am concerned, totally UNACCEPTABLE - not worthy of my support.
