30 minutes to wait for a order by drive through!!!

I went to the branch and place a order at the 3rd window, as the front 2 windows were close. Waited 30 minutes for a order... and eventually i had to be refunded with a attitude! According to me the stores open at 6:30am surely they no by know what items are popular!! I was there at 7:00 and left at 7:40... surely this is not normal, there was enough staff but there chit-chats are more important than serving customers..afteral this is a fast food place???
