Slow, bad service at Bothasig KFC once again

This is not the first time i have complained about Bothasig KFC. I have previously complained about the homeless people hanging around the drive thru - this was followed up by a phone call from the manager to say this situation will be sorted out. On my visit to KFC last night we had 4 cars in front of us in the drive thru and we were greeted by homeless people once again begging for money/food. It took us 35minutes to get to the window to order food! How can this be FAST FOOD?? There is one window where customers must: order, pay and wait to receive food! They used to use 2 windows, not sure why they eliminated the other window as it is clearly making their service slow. Once we had received our food we realised we were one Chips short, and we had to revert to getting out of the car and going inside to collect our chips anyway!!

This KFC is ridiculous and is giving KFC a bad name! Can't believe it is still open after the consistent bad service!
