Delayed Much?

I contacted Rosettenville Nandos at 13:07 to order a chicken Livers Meal for delivery 4 km from them, it is now 14:18 and I still haven't got my food, when I phoned to check, they said sorry they are busy. Not acceptable, if you know you are busy, then tell your customers you are busy and it might take a little while. Keep them up to date should the order be delayed to this extend. Will not make use of this service again.
