My husband and I decided to have a late supper at Nandos on his birthday, the 28th July 2013. We placed an order for a quarter chicken meal with an additional Portuguese roll together with a spicy rice and chicken strips meal.

We received our take-away order timeously and left the Suncoast premises. To our disappointment, once we opened our meals, we found that we had not received any cutlery (bearing in mind we bought a rice meal), serviettes, salt, butter or sauce. This inconvenienced us as we were not anywhere close to Suncoast at the time.
It was disappointing to note that a food outlet such as Nandos did not take the finer details into consideration.
