So much for service

Ordered food from Nandos Rivonia at 12:30 2x chicken strips and Rice, 1x quarter chicken, chips and roll. I was told that it will take 1hour 30mins for delivery, so I opted to collect. I sent my friend to collect and when he got there he was given 1x chicken strips and Rice with quarter chicken and chips. He only realized once he called me to confirm while driving back that the order was incomplete. There is traffic on Rivonia road due to a robot that's not working. Who do they expect to go back there to place another order? Worse still, it is the person who went to collect the food that did not get his food.

Why was she confirming the correct order then when I collect my order is incomplete? Maybe I should just stick go back to KFC or Chicken Licken, at least they get my order right.
