Disgusting service

On Saturday 12 January 2013, at1.15pm my son, ordered a pizza. The operator said she was unsure whether they delivered to our area (Bothasig) but would call back if there was a problem. When we arrived home from work at 2.20, the pizza had not been delivered and no one had called to say there was a problem. He then called again to enquire and was told they were on the way and that it took 1hour 20 minutes for delivery after the order is placed. At 3pm he phoned again and was told that they would contact the driver to see where he was. At 3.45pm we called again and cancelled the order. I will never support your store again, or any other branch as the service is truly lacking and the attitude of the workers is disgusting.
