This must be the 4th time, the joke is on me

Yesterday I ordered from Nandos Rondebosch, again, much to my dismay. I ordered via the website.
I wrote in all my applicable comments, and the statement that Nandos promised me a free bottle of sauce with my next order. That part of the statement did NOT appear on the invoice! Needless to say I did NOT receive the free bottle of sauce Nandos promised me. Oh, and thank goodness I ordered wedges, that was the only way I could get peri peri sachets. You. For the 4th time in a row. Then your driver has the nerve to say he got me extra peri peri sachets. There were only 2 you.
Mr Delivery, the only saving grace is that I dont have time to cook while i'm studying, otherwise I would never hire you guys again. Why dont you drivers bother to look at the order!
Why the did nobody phone me when they saw the comments are cut off on the invoice. You have confirmed with me that you dont give a toss. The joke is on me now Mr Delivery. I AM NOT ORDERING FROM YOU AGAIN. GOODBYE YOU SLACKERS. All this because your people cant check and ask for peri peri. SUPREME!
