BAD BAD BAD!!!

What a way to end a long day. There is only one word to describe KFC Durbanville - PATHETIC ON HIGHER GRADE!!! This was my 3rd visit after each other in a about 2 weeks time and it is horrific to experience the same bad service all 3 times. I entered the drive thru and placed my order for 2x streetwise 2 pap and gravies. The rude manager who don't even greet, told me they don't have pap (but its on the menu) and I must wait 15 min. I said its fine I will wait, Paid and proceed to the next window, even worse - no one notices me and eventually when they did, without greeting told me to wait in the parking area. There I sat exactly 22min before I went into the place to fetch my food or refund, when I asked for the manager, the cashier shouted to in her African language to come and assist I guess. I told him how unhappy I am in the bad experiences I received from their store, but I also knew at that moment, nothing will happen in anyway because they do not know what customer service means!! The Gravy was water thin and the pap tasted burned, I am extremely disappointed in the way this franchise is breaking the KFC brand into pieces. I AM DONE WITH KFC!!! FOR GOOD!!
