I would like to express my level of disappointment regarding the service I received from the KFC franchise I received at the Richards Bay branch.
Considering the fact that I'm regular there the level of service I received there was nothing short of disgraceful.

The above attachment is a copy of the receipt, please note that from time I got that receipt my correct order on came through 75mins later.
This is what took place:

At 20:00 my wife & I put through our order through at the drive-through, a lady by the name of Nozipho gladly assisted us as we specifically mentioned
That in our street wise 4 we wanted just wings & drumsticks. We then moved to the 2nd window where we waited for about 15mins before being asked
To continue to the parking lot by a lady by the name of Clindile where we would then wait for our order as there were no pieces ready whatsoever. After waiting for a good 30mins from
What was meant to be a quick purchase our order eventually came through with all the wrong pieces from what was requested. My wife then took our
Order back to the store for them to rectify the problem we were sitting with, to our surprise she was told to wait
