Romans Pizza
Poor service

This is the second time its happened, I ordered my pizza, was told to wait 15-20 mins which I did... I came back 30 mins later and the orders was just passing by me... I was number 64 but by the time I returned they were serving number 78 their food... some guy working in the kitchen came out and told me they lost my ticket number and I would have to wait another 6 or 7 mins for my pizza... As i said this is the second time its happened unacceptable. I waited another almost 10 mins and was given my food, they just said sorry for that... Never again
