20 Minutes at "fast food" outlet

I ordered a family treat 6 piece, 2 mash & gravy, 2 snack burgers, corn in a tub and 4 hot wings. I was told that the chicken would take 8 mins to get ready. Several people walked in and were helped. 1 other customer walked in and was told that the next batch of chicken would be ready in 14 mins. This is supposedly a "fast food" take away. I placed my order and payed for it at exactly 20:00:49 and I received my food at 20:20. That is 20 mins. I feel that it is disgusting. The snack burgers took longer that another patrons burgers. When we got home within 5 mins after leaving the store, our chips were cold and tasteless as they were laying on the counter all that time. We are paying customers and it is our money that keeps the franchise in business. If the staff are content paying for and eating bad food then that is fine but we as customers don't. It would take the same amount of time to order at a restuarant. I would like this to be sorted out and will say that I would rather go and buy other type of food instead of KFC. I would like the area manager or better yet someone from the head office to liaise with me. The store manager will not suffice. They don't care either.
