Tasteless burge

You currently have the chicken schnitzel burger on promo which looks very appealing in the pic saying it has a creamy cheese sauce. Just had the burger and the sauce was neither creamy nor cheesey, it was actually revolting. The chicken tasted oily and the burger just tasted bad. I buy often from the greenside branch and have never had reason to complain, but was very disappointed with todays burger.
