Poor quality and quantity of Food

Where do I start to tell you what a let-down this store has become:

1. Firstly my wife and I ordered the grilled Chicken Breasts meal with top up of 5 prawns - The Rice was uncooked and rock hard, I think they mixed cooked rice with hard uncooked rice. As you can imagine how bad that tasted!!!

2. The Chips and the Chicken was dry and cold, it had no taste, this used to be our favourite. We used almost a quarter bottle of the peri-peri sauce on the table to drown the flood to be able to eat it with some taste.

3. I understand being valentine's day its busy but being a restaurant you need to make customers feel relaxes esp on this day, but with the two lady managers running from side to side shouting and trying to fit as many people in as possible with no regard to customer comfort it felt like I was sitting at a food court. It felt like we just had to eat and rave no time to relax because they need the table for next customer.

4. Lastly the size of your meals have dropped yet prices gone up, I have visited your competition such as Jimmy killer prawns etc.. they far out due you in Food Quality and quantity

Being Valentine's day I didn't want to bring this up at the store.
