Disappointments

Today I ordered the new "Mexican", and a cajun burger meal. The cajun burger was dry and un-edible and the Mexican was a major disappointment!

I had the Mexican at a different branch and the one I had at Tokai tasted nothing like the one I had at the other branch! You pay so much more for this burger and just the burger because its meant to be this big deal and then you get a burger with no sauce and no taste!!!

The Cajun meal was dry and the chicken tasted like plastic with cheese that was not even melted. Being a regular customer I feel very disappointed that this is how low the standards have gotten!
