Bad service

As a customer who goes there often to have coffee / lunch with friends, I was very disappointed in the service of my waiter. I wanted to order a lemonade where she just said they don't have - sounding that they don't have it at all to serve but when I confronted her to say they do b/c I've ordered it before, she said in an unfriendly manner that they don't have stock. Then I ordered a Coffee Shake that comes with a flake. It arrived without the flake! I had to call her back asking where the flake is; once again she replied with an attitude saying she forgot to say they don't have flakes! REALLY??!!! Forgot!!!??? She didn't even say sorry or can I offer something else! She didn't even clear my table or asked if I want something else while waiting for my friend. Just no good service as a waiter!!! Highly disappointed!!!
