Terrible service

We booked a table for 4 people at 7pm. When we arrived, our table was occupied. No apology was given and we were told to wait. At 7:20, I asked manager, Shaeda, if our table is ready and she said the current customers are still busy. At 19:35, after receiving a cold shoulder from her, we sat down. Our wine that we brought was already warm.15min after we sat we only received glasses and service. After placing our order, we waited 40min for our starter. The one starter was ice cold. After 1 hour and 15min, we received our mains. Again mine and another plate was ice cold. I only had 6 chicken pieces in total, I again voiced my concerns to Shaeda, she told me that that was the normal amount of chicken. After trying to ask her about the quality of the night's service, she stopped me mid-sentence, said all she wanted to know is if I want a new plate of food and walked away! We never received an apology, continuous received rude attitude and she never even tried to rectify the situation. Your good name is being dragged through the mud by someone who clearly does not care for your customers. We will not be supporting Simply Asia again if this is the type of service we can be expecting!!
