Pathetic service - TWICE

I went to a 24hr Wimpy on Thursday evening. Siseko took ages just to get out the kitchen to serve me. Didn't look like he wanted to serve guests, because I wasn't the only impatient person waiting. Then he couldn't give burger meals because there was no oil in the frier. Instead of asking if we were willing to wait, he just said there's no oil. I said I have been managing restaurants for many years, and it only takes a few minutes to heat up a frier. Then on Sunday I went to the Wimpy on Pick 'n Pay's side of Canal Walk. Someone took me to a table and left me. 20min later I got up and went to the one on the other side. Sat down and ordered coffee immediately. While waiting 10min for coffee, another waiter came to get an order. I said I have ordered coffee, I need to order food. He said okay, and left. I finally got the coffee and ordered food. I would probably have still been there now if I hadn't gotten up to ask the manager for my food. The most lovely female manager I have ever seen. She was very helpful and kind. I think you need to have close look at your HR system. Employ people that can do the job! They are your front-line and face of you business!!
