Two weeks ago, ordered a cone with a flake. No flake in stock. Yesterday went back again, ordered a Sugar cone, sorry, no sugar cone. then ordered a cone with a flake, sorry, no flake. It's a dessert shop. They advertise these items on the boards above their till. Either very bad ordering of stock items, or just not interested in supplying the customer with small items. I guess that is why other shops that sell these items are busy.
