Dead cockroach served with Sashimi

We visited the branch in January for Sushi. Service in general was very bad and slow. Towards the end of the meal we ordered a plate of Sashimi and when we received it saw to our disgust a dead cockroach on the plate. We brought this to the managers attentions and to our shock he didnt seem at all perturbed by it and discussed it with the chef who made it. Her reaction was even more disgusting- a snigger. CTFM should get is act together in terms of hygiene and service
