Cockroach in my Breakfast

I ordered breakfast last week Monday at the Shell Ultra city Mvoti N2 Highway. As I made my way through my breakfast I was shocked to find a dead cockroach between my bacon strips. I called our waitress whom called their manager his name was America I remember this from reading his name badge. As much as I could see he was rattled and profusely apologized and asked for my understanding and said that both me and my colleagues meals would be free and offered to replace my meal but I couldn't bring myself to ordering anything else let alone carry on sitting there.

I appreciate his gesture of trying to make this right but I'm failing to understand how a cockroach can be on the bacon which I'd like to think was made by hand probably just when I ordered my meal. I'd dread to think it was probably sitting there pre cooked and just warmed up as and when a customer orders. Steers are probably one of the most expensive fast food outlets and yet this is what is served to the public.

I must say I was totally disgusted by this
