Cockroach in my food, Disgusting!!!

Visited Mugg and Bean Clearwater Mall for lunch today. Ordered a chicken and mayo toasted sandwich. Cut my bread and about take a bite when I noticed something odd on my plate. It was a COCKROACH!!! I called the manager, by then the waiters were hovering wondering what's going on. The manager apologized and immediately wanted to remove the plate, at the same time asking me if I would like anything else. REALLY!!! They still expect me to eat food from their cockroach infested establishment.
Felt like throwing up.
