Compressed Rice Buffet

Living in Cape Town, Sushi buffets are common. On a trip to Jhb tried out Huamin Chinese TAs. They offer sushi buffets on Thursdays and Sundays..I was in for a disappointment..In my opinion if you like fizzy drink and compressed rice buffets go ahead..but on this trip you cant choose what you want to eat. In addition, its not mentioned on the menu, salmon roses and sashimi are limited. If you get Ngiri, it will be avo ngiri. Finally I see the Salmon Rose (singular) and tempura prawn. The SR is almost the size of the coke can diameter and the single tempura came in a giant rice tamaka. I prefer to buy my rice from the Muslim supermarket around the corner. Not paying R135 for a meal of rice. If you want sashimi, I recommend Thyme / Bryanstan PicknPay..Some of the best fish in the country.
