CANT BUY A KFC ROUNDER AT KFC

Last night we went to kfc at 10:30 go to the drive thru window waited 5 mins for help after hooting and shouting nobody came althou i saw 3 people and they saw me, then drove to the front window, was met by a really rude lady, told her there is no one and she said its not her fault go back and wait, i then backed up waited a few mins and still nobody, then went back to front window, told the lady what i want and she told me we CANT get ROUNDERS i asked her we are at kfc right?? she said yes but its imposible to get rounders nou i mean its still 20min before the shop has to close and you cant give me a KFC ROUDER, called the manager or someone she came and told us that its still frozer and will take 5min to make???!!! thats all the lady had to say there is a 5min waiting period, and when we got home the food was teriable rounders was halfway raw and pops was way way overcooked, bye kfc you have lost a loyal custome
