Half Burger Patties on the Burgers

I went to Steers on the 13/02/2013 to purchase burgers. I ordered 2 x Wacky Wednesday specials and 5 Junior Cheese Burgers. Went I get home 3 of the Junior Cheese Burgers only have half patties on. Nice way of them saving money hey. I think they presume it is for kids and they wont checked. I was shocked. To make matters worse I contact steers and speak to the "Manager: Luciano who tells me to send photots and my slip via email. I then go and do that and still waiting for a single response. I think it is an utter disgrace to not even come back to a client with an apology for someone who is named a manager. I will not go back to that "rip-off" store and everyone that I know has been told to avoid that store. Shocking service from all sides.
