No stock in South-Africa?

I had a little accident over the weekend, my bikerack pushed through my VW Polo Vivo 1.4 rear window.
I phoned my insurance and pointed me to nearest PG glass/Glasfit. Went to glasfit. Ordered window from JHB and said it would be ready for fitment 3pm. I had to do smash&grab afterwards too. I took leave to sort out everything-they said they got a window fit it the same day. Eventually window came, was wrong year/model/size. Didn't fit car. After 3pm, been waiting from 8:30am. Glasfit can't get a window anywhere!? There's only one left in S-A it's in Cape Town. If I'm lucky-might get it maybe that 1 will fit? Do I need another day off from work to get this sorted out? If that one can't come to JHB, I'll have to wait for 14 w-days to get 1? Come on! Its a VW.1 of the most common cars on the road. But there's not 1rear window in Gauteng!? I'm not happy with service.can't use my car without window. They also told me to phone my insurance to sort it out. I wouldn't have wasted a day and trusted them to order the right window-my car stood in front of their shop-still ordered the wrong window. When they saw there was a problem, felt like they gave up.
I'm not happy with the situation!
I won't be leaving it here!
