Bad Attitude and Service

We waited 45 minutes for our drinks and the starters, wich is understandable because they were extremely busy. After we ordered mains, we had another drink. People that came in after us started receiving their food. When we have waited 2 hours for our food, we asked to se the manager on duty. She walked up to our table, withou greeting and just said "yes". We axsked her very politely how long our food was going to take seeing that we have already waited 2 hours. She shrugged off her shoulders and said that she has bigger orblems to worry about at that moment and left. I was shocked by this, because we are regulars, and do not appreciate this kind of treatment. Sadly we left without eating, but we still paid for our drinks and starters.
