We made a dinner reservation for 6 people and were contacted by them to confirm the booking. We arrived and the table wasn't set. We waited 15 min for our table to be set. After giving the drinks order twice, we placed the order for the starters. We also had to place the order for mains twice.By that time all of us were irritated and asked for the manager. The manager never showed up. Some of us received the starters when it started raining. Now, a person would think that they would have some sense of knowledge to put some form of protection against the elements. We rained out without any assistance from the staff!!!With the starters that were wet nobody ate and we left. We phoned them and insisted to speak to the owner. The person on the phone refused. We wanted to get the amount for the drinks in order to pay. The owner got via email and insisted that we pay the full bill. We are still waiting for a reply from the owner to pay for the drinks. The owner then started with treats. The owner accused us of, if was the case, why would we phone to pay the bill for the drinks? For me as a customer and A' La Turka being in the food industry this is unacceptable. We will never return.
