Can't complain about service if there is none

I went to Wimpy Silver Water today and the service was so pathetic and the waiter so useless that I had to complain.
We were in the restaurant at times that only the cashier is present in the store and doing other things without paying attention to the customers. We had to wait almost 10 minutes to get the attention of someone to place our order. Then she took down the wrong order in our drinks without us knowing. We even showed her the items we want on the menu, not just saying the name. We do not know the difference between the items because they are similar... When we had to pay and questioned about it (because the items she brought and we did not order are more expensive) she was rude and back chatted us and refused to correct her mistake as if we are responsible for her mistake. There was no manager even present in the store and the cashier was just as rude. They raised their voices at us and them just plainly ignored us. There are NO SERVICE at that store and the people who work there are PATHETIC, RUDE and USELESS. Get your people in order.
