I am totally disappointed and disgusted at the customer service i received at the Wimpy one stop in Cato Ridge and the lack of cooperation of the management and customer care service. On Wednesday; 03 June 2012 myself and my partner stopped at the Wimpy for supper on our way to the coast, when we entered the Wimpy there was no cashier at the till point or even a manger, I then saw the cashier (Sthembile) making coffee then tried to get her attention, which i had to do three times before i got a response, when she got to us she was extremely rude, impolite, sarcastic and unfriendly. When our order arrived the chicken patty's where burnt, it was the worst meal I've ever eaten at a Wimpy. I then called the Customer Care the Thursday and was promised a response in 24 hours, the Friday i received a call from the store manger who says he'll sort me out the next time im in the store, I informed him that i was unhappy with that as its not often we travel in that direction. I then called Customer Care back and asked for the Area manager to contact me, to no avail. I then called back the Sunday and was told its been escalated, it is now the 16th and i have still not received closer.
