Appalling service and attitude of manager of Wimpy

My family and I went to Wimpy for breakfast this morning, 03 Feb 2013.After waiting 45 minutes for our order, I signalled to the manager who saw that I was waiting but never came to my table.15 minutes later she came by to say she was sorry for the delay. When I said it was unacceptable to wait an hour for food with no explanation or acknowledgement she said it was too bad that she was 3 staff short. I asked if that was my problem and asked why she did not say she was short-staffed when I entered or when my order was delayed and she said it was not her job to tell me this. She was loud, rude, aggressive & totally unapologetic. It spoilt our morning out. I mentioned I would report this bad service to the franchise;she said I should do as I please and left. As I proceeded to leave after paying for our drinks, she was confrontational with another customer and shouted her as well. I am appalled at this kind of behaviour from a manager of a store like Wimpy. She is rude, unprofessional & unfit to be running this franchise. I must note that the staff were apologetic on her behalf and embarassed by her behaviour. I wont eat at this store again. Customers deserve better-this manager cant delive
