40minutes Promise & Attitude

Im not happy with what happened today as i already spended over R400 this week only and at the end i receive a service like this Today i ordered 1 Lg Sweet & Sour Pizza at Kempton Park, Monument Str after thirty something minutes driver called me and said the door was closed i said it's not locked push the door he called again said i must come up cause he cant get inside cause he has lot of orders to do in Isando. I then rushed upstairs with no luck the driver was already gone. When i call him he said i should wait for him at the robots he's from Isando. Cause i also late i then rushed to the Express store to complain and the manager said he was not his driver but the other store in Monument Rd. He called the branch and the manager refused about the 40minutes promise, i then bought ordered another pizza and paid for it.

I really don't deserve this kind of treat as im also dealing with consumers i know how to deliver urgency and excellent service to my clients and consumers. Please you need to sort this matter out...
