I ordered via telephone, an order of 23 streetwise 2 meals plus coldrinks and other food, the guy over the phone had no idea what I was even saying. After being told to come collect at 12:30 (i ordered at 11:50). When i got to KFC no one had even placed my order. I was highly annoyed! One gentleman by the name of Jacky, shifted all his focus on our order once he saw how annoyed I was. He managed to get every single thing right on my order!! within 15mins, I had paid and he even help carry all the food to the car!! Thank you Jacky for restoring my faith in KFC because honestly i was ready to walk out and not return. Our company often orders from this KFC and values that reach up to R1 000 and thanks to him we will definitely continue. He is a great employee and KFC is lucky to have someone like him, he really didn't see me as just a customer, he made me feel important and THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE. I don't know if KFC still has employee of the month, I think he should get it for the rest of the year!! THANK YOU JACKY, GREAT SERVICE!!!
