Astounding Service - Thank you

Had a very day at the office. Phoned in and ordered my regular order and to my surprise the person taking my order informed me that they ran out of cheese. Needless to say I was a bit annoyed at that stage.

Now this dude on the other end of the phone took full responsibility on behave of the restaurant explained the situation to me. This is almost not heard of these days and took me by surprise. He offered to phone me the moment they were back up and running. 30 min later I received the call that my order was on its way.

Now I deal with customer support services on a daily basis and just the communication skill from this single employee would put most of them to shame.

To that employee, Thank you very much, you made my day

To the owner of ST. Elmo's, Thank you very much that you provide people like this guy to assist us as customers.

I would really like to see any pizza joint live up to this kind of customer relations.
