No 1 asked me to buy from KFC

I wasn't impressed at all with the service I received from 1 of your employees on Saturday afternoon around 2 or 3 pm.i went place my order via drive through at 1st window I made a payment and my wife ordered streetwise two, she nicely asked for thigh and drumstick.i swiped for order and was told ill get my invoice at next window where I'll collect my meals.i proceeded to next window..when I got the lady was already having my pack of meal ready .then I nicely asked if they packed my streetwise 2 as I ordered she just pushed the food pack to me and told I can check for myself and when I told her that her service was not satisfactory she told me she didn't ask me to come buy there..and when I was leaving I overheard her busy talking lot of nonsense with her colleague... then went to her manager and i didn't feel any better after all that.
