Nando's Food Standards Dropping Badly

My Wife and I have patronized Nandos Ghandi Square many times during our lunch time over the past few years. Your food is exceptional. We especially enjoy the different dishes on offer. However, today Friday, 10 January 2014, we had a poor experience. I feel it is important that you be aware of the behavior of your employees. I have not shared this experience with any of my friends (or on any social media) yet, and would like to provide you with the opportunity to respond.
We arrived at the Nandos Ghandi Square about 13h45 PM. This was not a busy time within the restaurant and the service was just not up to scratch. We were told to wait for 8 minutes for the order and when the order arrived, my wife's order was not the same order I had ordered. Fine we waited for the order, when the order came we indicated to the waiter that the order on my wife's plate was wrong. The waiter seemed to be annoyed. He said that unfortunately he can't change the order and I said to him, that when I ordered I did indicate that chicken should be breasts on both our orders. I indicated to him that it will be best if I go back to the counter and sort this matter. It was then that he left with my wife's
