The customer is not right!

On ordering, we were given 2 slips. One the customer keeps and the other is taken by the staff in the kitchen. We gave our slip to the kitchen and 30 minutes later we went to see what was taking so long as we saw people come and go. The kitchen lost our slip, they didn't have gloves and were putting their hands in the calamari batter. We called the manager and 20 minutes later he still hadn't come so we asked where he was and they said they couldn't find him. Then we complained again and the manager came out of his office. We told him the story and he said he had no been told about the situation. After speaking to his staff he said that's not what his staff are saying and he said that we were wrong. He refused to even apologise let alone refund us for our meal. The food was also over cooked and the oil wasn't drained properly from the fish. There were flies and ants all over the resturaunt and overall it was an unhygenic and unpleasant experience.
