Shocking service at steers middelburg mall

I went to steers middelburg mall to order two cheeseburgers chips and two milkshakes. Firstly the cashier was also the griller he did not greet me, did not display positive body language and was not very friendly. None of the staff had name badges on so I cant report anyone specifically. Once the staff member took my order and another customer's after me where he handled cash he then proceeded to put patties on the grill. I then asked him ":don't you think you should sanitize your hands before working with food, after you handled money " his response was he does not actually touch the food. He obviously did not like what I said and let his station and went to the back kitchen. I must mention the till was then unmanned. When I received the food I asked if they had put stees salt in the staff member did not even answer me just gave me food and nodded. I was not thanked or wished a good day. Now I stay 5 min from the mall when I got home and wanted to eat the food it was ice cold the chips were soggy and the burger was terrible the patty was tough, it obviously sat in the bain mare for a long time. I have never had such shocking service in my life. There was also no manager present.
