Mochachos
Bad food was nothing compared to the bad attitude!

One of the meals we had ordered was the nachos to which the manager was in total agreement it was not up to standard with very little cheese that was not melted and gone hard and the nacho chips could chop your own tooth. The manager took it back and another manager came in our face asking what's the problem while trying to explain to him, he kept saying "listen to me" in a rude and arrogant manner. I'm not sure if this is how men usually talk to women but not from where I am, it's not. He kept telling us how the nachos are made and there was nothing wrong. We had only probably 3 chips, if that and he tells us we want to return half eaten food. We asked him if he honestly thinks we would come in to order food, eat it and then complain. Eventually after much debate we got our refund. But the bad attitude and service over shadowed the quality of nachos. Very disappointing from a restaurant I love so much!!
