Bad pizza and bad customer service

On Friday 31 May I ordered a pizza at Debonair's Sandton. I asked for chicken to be added to the pizza and paid an additional R10 for it. When the pizza arrived there was no chicken on it and it was cold so I returned it and asked for the chicken to be added and for the pizza to be heated. When I got the pizza back again I ate one slice and realised that the it was the most terrible pizza I had ever had - the middle of the pizza was cold and the cheese was hard and tasteless. I immediately returned it and asked for my money back as I was not happy with the quality of the pizza. Instead of doing as I asked, the person I spoke to took it upon himself to make me another pizza even though I vehemently stated that I did not want another pizza. I had no choice but to accept the pizza which was even worse than the first. I will never buy a pizza from this outlet again. I was angry at the way my complaint was handled as no one seemed genuinely interested in doing what I, as the customer, had asked. It is also very disappointing that such a well known pizza outlet in such an upmarket mall would have such bad quality food and service.
