Bacon in veg pizza

I purchased a vegetarian pizza in September last year and found a piece of bacon in my pizza. I am Hindu and we are forbidden to eat this. We were at home already and we called and asked to speak to the manager. This person said that they could not guarantee the food being veg as it was prepared on the same table as all other food. I find this totally unacceptable. I wrote to them on their website and to date have not received a response to date. I have advised all my Hindu and vegetarian colleages (many of them who live in Sunninghill) to not purchase from scooters as "there are no guarantees".
