Pathetic Service

KFC, a chicken franchise that cannot supply a basic chicken order. I waited in the queue for thirty minutes only to find that when I wanted to place an order for a " streetwise two that the chicken would take a further twenty minutes to cook. With two cars in front of me and a further six cars behind, and no alternative place to exit, I had to further wait for the cars in front of me to receive their orders before I could exit without having placed an order. What a disappointment and spoilt appetite!!! With a simple process of supply and demand, I cannot fathom how this branch even makes money or is that the six cars behind me tolerate poor service (hopefully not). There were five to six staff in the kitchen doing nothing, presumably waiting for the chicken to cook or supply me with a burger that I did not want! I rarely complain, but this KFC drive thru which is supposed to be for ones convenience and service, lacks in management and understanding of its business. I did inform the on duty manager that I was going to lodge the complaint.

I am considering no longer purchasing from KFC which was one of my favourite foods and will definitely not be using this branch again.
