KFC should call it a PARK OFF not a DRIVE THRU

I went to KFC Reservoir Hills tonight & thought I was going to end up camping in the drive thru for the rest of night. This especially seems to happen on weekends & now I am just absolutely distraught about it. KFC's drive thru is definitely the worst drive thru to visit.

With 3 cars in front of me, I had placed an order for a STREETWISE 2, yeah, a massive meal of just 2 pieces of chicken and a small chips. I ended up waiting 15 MINUTES just to get it. The 3 cars in front of me and myself literally got to a point where we got so tired of waiting that we actually SWITCHED OFF OUR VEHICLES, IN A DRIVE THRU, HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT!!!

Eventually get to the window to get my food, and I'm asked for my slip so quietly that I didn't even hear what she said, I wasn't even sure if she heard herself. After I am handed my long awaited meal, no apology, no explanation, nothing.

This was my last resort. I have brought it up with staff before and nothing was done, even if there is a manager there, they should be alert of what's happening and keep clients informed, not have clients figuring out the Colonel's Secret Recipe while waiting for the chicken to be slaughtered.
