Less quantity and less quality for higher price

We ordered as usal platter for two. The fish fillets were absolutely dry, only 4 mussels and reduced quantity of chips. we called the manager, he blamed the central department for lower quality fish and offered us to replace the fish with hake fillet for a higher price, so we called for the senior manager and finally got 1 and half hake fillet of good quality. After 9 years regulary Ocean bascet was that def. the worst experience.By the way that branch was nearly empty between 7 and 8pm. No wonder why!!!
